  I am very concerned that your boost mobile stores are being
  very deceptive in their practices. Recently on August 26th I purchased
  2 phones and ported another number. At this time I was told that if I
  paid for the first month I would receive the 2nd month free. Abby
  Lepard is the person to help me at the store in Pontiac Illinois.
  Well..now it has been exactly one month since I started my service and
  it is suspended because I should have had a month free but was not given it. When I spoke with the person at the pontiac store she stated that she could not do anything for me since Abby was on maternity leave. And that I should have come in with in 2 day of purchasing my phones if I
  had any questilons. I didn't have any questions. The reason I switched
  to boost was to take advantage of the free month and instead I was lied
  to and decieved by your company. I will be filing a complaint with the
  Illinos commerce Commission and with the better business bureau
