  They do not hire on after required working hours. "Hiring freeze bc a union was voted in and i was under the impression owner does not want to negotiate a contract". Mandatory 56 hours a work week. No holiday, vacation, or sick pay. To sum it up this company expects you to work 6 days a week, make rate producing quality products. With nothing in return but a check.
  With having a high turn over rate. Alot of new welders, alot of bad welds. Even most of the guys who are hired on have their welders set way above recomended settings to whip through the frames so they can hang out until its time to go. Do not. Bring personal tools ect. About 200 dollars worth of tools were stolen out of a locked tool cabinet. I hope this review helps someone that may be sent here through a temp agency.
