  I had to take my son here in the beginning of the month for croup. He gets it a LOT. His doctor wasnt open, and the doctor near my home refused to see him because they didn't take our insurance. I was pretty upset, until we came here. My son was seen by Dr. Michelle Willis, who is EXTRAORDINARY!! She was SO sweet and SO polite. She let me explain everything about my son and the problem. I never once felt rushed. She gave the vibe of a small town doctor. The kind that really cares to take the time and know their patient, even though she must see hundreds a week. Although the croupy cough had subsided by the time we visited, she gave me the medicine for it in case it came back. She told me it had a shelf life of a year, and if it came back she didnt want him stuck in the middle of nowhere with no options. She also trusted my judgement as a mother and didnt make me feel lesser because I'm not a doctor. That was a good feeling. We were registered quickly, brought to a room quickly, and seen quickly. I truly and honestly recommend this office and, in particular, Dr. Willis to any and everybody, especially pediatric patients. Amazing bedside manner and makes everything comfortable. My son is very picky and standoffish and even he loved her!! I definitely lost my frustration over not being seen by anyone else.
